Set.
Set (Also known as Seth or Suetekh) was the Egyptian god of war, chaos and storms. He was the brother of Osiris, Isis, and Horus the Elder, uncle to Horus the Younger, and brother-husband to Nephthys.
Biography
In the past, Set had unleashed his minions upon Egypt to wreak chaos and destruction. Due to their immortality and supernatural abilities, the Egyptian armies were powerless against them. So, the pharaoh summoned the power of the gods to imprison the minions in a tomb so that they will be incarcerated forever. In case they will be free again one day, the only salvation is to call upon the sun through a sacred scarab amulet that was separated into three pieces to end their threat forever. He was only mentioned and never appeared in person in the show.

- Episode XXXI: Jack and the Scarab (Mentioned only)
Trivia
- He is the only truly evil god mentioned in the story, as all the other gods who are mentioned or appear in the series are usually neutral or good. The only other example is Cronus.
- Despite being depicted as the enemy of Ra, in Egyptian mythology, Set is actually Ra’s loyal servant who protects him from the demon Apep when he (Ra) raises the sun.
- Despite being the god of chaos and primarily a wicked deity, Set was, in truth, also a highly respected deity by the Ancient Egyptians for his role in being Ra’s guardian. His statue in the episode could be a reference to this respect held for him.
