Andromeda is a city in Season 4 Episode 2. Robot citizens live there and Max being their leader.

Andromeda had a protector called Mondo Bot but it turned against the robot citizens of Andromeda. Andromeda was built on top over a magical ancient city of giants with the Robo-Samurai being there underwater. Robot citizens of Andromeda built Mondo Bot as their protector. The Robot Citizens had to hide in the underground sewers of Andromeda because Mondo Bot turned against and started destroying everything and targeting the robot citizens as well. But with Jack's help, he piloted the Robo-Samurai that was under Andromeda in the ancient magical city of giants and defeated the Mondo Bot.

In Season 5 Episode 10 CI, Andromeda was rebuilt and all fixed after Samurai Jack and Robo-Samurai defeated Mondo Bot and all the robot citizens were living peacefully after the events, but were gathered to watch Aku's broadcast.
